lululemon, a global leader in performance apparel for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits, is seeking a Seasonal Educator to join their Burlingame, California team. This temporary role is central to delivering world-class guest experiences within their retail environment. As a Seasonal Educator, you will act as a brand ambassador, engaging guests, providing product education, and fostering meaningful connections with the community.

You will support store operations, guide guests through product selections, and ensure a seamless shopping journey across multiple channels including in-store, online pickup, phone sales, and ship-from-store programs. This position requires flexibility, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting that values inclusion, integrity, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to deliver exceptional customer service while respecting their time and preferences.

• Provide accurate product education, articulating the value and benefits of lululemon’s offerings.

• Support omnichannel programs such as buy-online/pickup-in-store, ship-from-store, and phone sales.

• Handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal store operations and guest satisfaction.

• Execute product presentation tasks, including restocking, relocating, and destocking items.

• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment by performing light cleaning tasks as needed.

• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address concerns.

• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must have the ability to travel to the store using personal transportation.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Preferred: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Range: $20.50 – $23.59/hr

• Target Bonus: $2.00/hr

• Total Compensation Range: $22.50 – $25.59/hr
