CCMC, a renowned community management company that specializes in master-planned communities, is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Seasonal Front Desk Associate. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to work in a welcoming and community-centered environment.

As a Seasonal Front Desk Associate, you will become the face of the community – the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You’ll manage daily front desk operations and ensure that guests experience the highest level of hospitality. About the Community:

The community is built around a large private lake that supports recreational boating, skiing, and lakefront homes with private docks. It is composed of four unique associations that together form a vibrant, active, and scenic residential area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Greet and assist residents and guests warmly, answer incoming phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Open and close the Community Center as required by shift schedules.

  • Check in members and guests, ensuring facility usage is as per community guidelines.

  • Register residents for special events, including handling and recording payments.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Membership Coordinator.

  • Enforce community policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and compliant environment.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting front desk area that reflects community standards.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, ideally in a front desk or community-facing role.

  • Experience with basic cash handling.

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Outgoing, professional, and approachable personality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.


Additional Requirements:

  • If driving becomes a job requirement, a valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle report, and current auto insurance are mandatory.

  • Must immediately report any changes in driving status to Human Resources.

  • Physical Requirements may include:

    • Walking long distances outdoors in varied weather conditions.

    • Lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds occasionally.

    • Extended periods of standing or sitting, depending on event or shift needs.
