As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the team that delivers YETI’s signature brand experience — helping customers find the perfect gear for their adventures while representing the company’s mission of being BUILT FOR THE WILD™.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that embodies the YETI brand values and creates memorable shopping experiences.

• Engage customers with product knowledge, helping them choose YETI products that meet their needs for outdoor adventures and gifting.

• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm during high-traffic periods.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding service delivery.

• Support merchandising, restocking, and store maintenance tasks as required.

• Uphold store presentation standards and ensure product displays remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset throughout the season.

Qualifications and Attributes

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or retail environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.

• Comfortable using new technology and digital retail tools to enhance efficiency.

• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 50 pounds, and standing for the duration of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Availability to work key holiday dates, including Nov 28–30, Dec 5–7, Dec 12–14, Dec 19–21, Dec 26–28, and Dec 31.

Compensation and Perks

• Hourly Pay: USD 15 – 15.45 (equivalent to approximately USD 2400 – 2472 per month full-time; pay based on local wage laws).
