As a Senior Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales performance through data-driven insights, technology adoption, and strategic enablement. In this dynamic position, you will be the driving force behind pipeline data integrity and forecast accuracy, providing crucial analyses to identify gaps and improve close rates. You will act as a key change agent, championing the adoption of cutting-edge sales technologies—including AI-powered tools like zSales Assistant—and leading change management for strategic sales initiatives.

Beyond technology and data, you will directly impact team readiness by streamlining onboarding processes and partnering with sales managers to deliver targeted training. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who excels at translating complex data into actionable solutions. Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL.

Responsibilities

Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, providing data-driven insights and proactive recommendations during key business reviews (QBRs/CBRs) and planning cycles to ensure performance targets are achieved.

Drive Pipeline & Forecast Excellence: drive accurate sales pipeline data integrity, deliver monthly analysis to highlight its health, identify gaps, and your insights will be crucial to improving forecast and commit-close accuracy.

Champion Technology & Key Initiatives: Lead the charge in successfully adopting new sales technologies, including our AI-powered tools like zSales Assistant and Deep Research AI. You will support change management for strategic sales plays and initiatives, monitoring progress and reporting on their impact.

Enable Sales Productivity: Guide leadership through annual sales compensation and territory planning. You will streamline the onboarding process for new hires and partner with managers to execute targeted training, ensuring the entire team is equipped for success.

Master both strategy and execution: You excel at analyzing complex data to uncover root causes and build actionable solutions. As a natural change agent, you are passionate about sales technology and can inspire teams to embrace new tools and processes. Your strong communication and collaboration skills allow you to build trusted relationships and effectively influence leadership.

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ year's of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
  • Direct experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of managing sales forecasting and tracking sales compensation/incentive plans utilizing Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
