Description:
Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior CRO Analyst to join its remote US-based team. This role is crucial for driving measurable improvements in advertising, landing page, and website conversion rates, reporting directly to the Director of CRO.
The selected candidate will take full ownership of CRO strategies, leveraging data insights and creative approaches to design and execute impactful optimization campaigns. The role involves end-to-end management of experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing, user behavior analysis, and performance audits, while tailoring strategies to meet clients’ unique business objectives.
As a client-facing strategist, you will guide enterprise SaaS and B2B clients through the CRO process, provide advanced recommendations, establish KPIs, and develop structured testing roadmaps to boost lead generation, demos, and form fills. You will collaborate across service lines such as Paid Media, SEO/Content, Video, and Marketing Ops to integrate CRO into broader client marketing initiatives. This position also entails contributing to client pitches, identifying upsell opportunities, and occasionally traveling to meet clients.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate significant expertise in CRO tools and methodologies, with hands-on experience in platforms like Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Convert.com, Hotjar, Fullstory, Crazy Egg, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Unbounce, and Hubspot. Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, attainment of CRO KPIs, consistent renewals, and ability to communicate results with clarity and confidence.
