Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own key pieces of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Review balance sheet activity and investigate variances or unusual items
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting
- Analyze financial results and help explain trends and period-over-period changes
- Partner with teams across the business to resolve accounting questions and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with annual audit requests and supporting schedules
- Help strengthen accounting processes, controls, and documentation as the organization continues to grow
- Identify opportunities to streamline recurring work and improve overall efficiency
- Take on additional accounting projects and analyses based on business needs
