Description:

Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology, is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Onboarding & Setup. This role shapes the first moments of the user journey across Dexcom’s digital ecosystem, building scalable onboarding experiences for patients, caregivers, and providers. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, regulatory, and platform teams, the Product Manager drives intuitive onboarding flows that support user activation, retention, and seamless integration across Dexcom’s digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop onboarding strategies that deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences.

• Build modular, reusable onboarding flows for multiple platforms and user types.

• Collaborate across teams to embed onboarding within Dexcom’s digital ecosystem.

• Ensure personalized, localized, and accessible onboarding experiences.

• Measure and optimize onboarding performance using analytics and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and usability standards.

• Align onboarding flows with broader user journey goals for long-term engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of related experience OR graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.

• 5+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in regulated industries.

• Strong user-centered design mindset and understanding of patient, caregiver, and provider needs.

• Ability to design modular, scalable systems across diverse platforms.

• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, regulatory, and product teams.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data for product optimization.

• Ability to define and manage strategic product roadmaps.

• Technical fluency in identity, data ingest, reporting, and related platform services.
