Description:
Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology, is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Onboarding & Setup. This role shapes the first moments of the user journey across Dexcom’s digital ecosystem, building scalable onboarding experiences for patients, caregivers, and providers. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, regulatory, and platform teams, the Product Manager drives intuitive onboarding flows that support user activation, retention, and seamless integration across Dexcom’s digital products.
Develop onboarding strategies that deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences.
Build modular, reusable onboarding flows for multiple platforms and user types.
Collaborate across teams to embed onboarding within Dexcom’s digital ecosystem.
Ensure personalized, localized, and accessible onboarding experiences.
Measure and optimize onboarding performance using analytics and feedback.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and usability standards.
Align onboarding flows with broader user journey goals for long-term engagement.
Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of related experience OR graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
5+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in regulated industries.
Strong user-centered design mindset and understanding of patient, caregiver, and provider needs.
Ability to design modular, scalable systems across diverse platforms.
Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, regulatory, and product teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data for product optimization.
Ability to define and manage strategic product roadmaps.
Technical fluency in identity, data ingest, reporting, and related platform services.
Empathy for users and focus on intuitive, confidence-building experiences.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Strong systems thinking and ecosystem-level perspective.
Outcome-driven with focus on measurable impact (activation, retention, support reduction).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Travel requirement: 5–15%.
Must be comfortable working in regulated digital health environments.
Remote/hybrid eligibility based on distance from Dexcom site (75 miles / 120 km).
Must be able to work cross-functionally with global teams.
