Description:
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Senior Application Administrator – Workday Integrations to join its IT team in Miramar, Florida. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and secure integration between Workday and other internal and external applications across key areas such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Supply Chain. The position demands expertise in Workday integration templates such as EIB, CCW, CCTPP, GPC, PECI, PICOF, CCB, XSLTs, and Studio.
As a senior member of the IT applications team, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying integrations to maintain operational excellence and efficiency. The role also involves working closely with end-users, creating and modifying rules to meet business needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of complex systems, and mentoring junior administrators.
Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of Workday integrations and related applications.
Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between Workday and external/internal systems.
Provide end-to-end management of applications, including configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot escalated technical issues, resolve problems, and perform root cause analysis.
Document system capabilities, input/output requirements, and controls to maintain system integrity.
Conduct industry and market research to enhance systems and keep pace with technology trends.
Manage technical infrastructure such as servers, databases, firewalls, operating systems, and load balancers.
Lead business application development, provide mentorship, and guide junior administrators.
Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements.
Develop and maintain patches, upgrades, test plans, and web-based/mobile/cloud-based interfaces.
Contribute to patient-centric innovation through applications like telemedicine, wearable devices, and data-driven healthcare solutions.

This position requires both desk-based and physical activity, including sitting, standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, walking, kneeling, and repetitive movements. Exposure to healthcare-related environmental risks such as biological hazards, dust, hazardous chemicals, and medical equipment may occur.
