Senior Architect
 

• Active Architectural License (NC preferred or ability to obtain)
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, data center, or commercial building design
• Lead design from concept through construction administration
• Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior staff to support team growth
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and related design tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects (hospitals, mission-critical facilities, or commercial buildings)
   

Preferred:
 

• Experience with data center or healthcare infrastructure
• LEED or sustainable design credentials
• Ability to support business development and client relationships
