🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for highly skilled Lead / Senior Backend Java Developers with strong hands-on engineering expertise and real-world experience building Agentic AI / LLM-powered applications.
Candidates should be 70–80% hands-on in coding, architecture, system design, and engineering, with the remaining time focused on technical leadership and mentoring.
🔹 Required Technical Skills
✅ Strong Core Java, concurrency, JVM, OOP, and design patterns
✅ Spring Boot, REST APIs, and secure API development
✅ Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, and message processing
✅ AWS cloud services and production troubleshooting
✅ Microservices architecture and distributed systems
✅ Resiliency patterns: retries, timeouts, circuit breakers, and idempotency
✅ Performance tuning, caching, and scalability
✅ Hands-on Agentic AI / LLM development, tool calling, and workflow orchestration
✅ Experience with GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs
✅ Terraform, Grafana, Splunk, CI/CD, and automated testing
✅ Technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and architecture ownership

Candidates must demonstrate real-world implementation experience, strong coding ability, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues. Practical experience building and integrating Agentic AI workflows into backend applications is especially important.
