Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance/Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.

Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for existing and proposed systems.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and process flows.

Support UAT by preparing test cases and assisting business teams with validation.

Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and other BA artifacts as required.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong background in Finance or Banking domains (Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments, Lending, Investment Banking, or similar).

Experience with regulatory compliance and financial data analysis.

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and SQL (basic level preferred).

Nice to Have:

Prior experience working in banking regulatory or risk/compliance projects.

Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or Scrum Master.

Knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit, deposits, and trading systems.
