Responsibilities:

• You'll contribute to defining and implementing organization-wide policy controls while ensuring adherence through routine audits.
• Lead business analysis and change management efforts, aligning changes with stakeholders and ensuring smooth integration into operations.
• Lead future claims system integration using LEAN and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate policy and process activities, ensuring adherence and conducting lifecycle reviews.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operational or technical experience, focusing on Compliance, Regulatory, or Controls.
• Track record of working with senior stakeholders and leading projects.
• Knowledge of claims processes, controls, or similar environments.
