Position Summary

Responsible for management of the full life cycle of a claim or lawsuit brought against ECU Health, a ECU Health entity or one of its team members or for which ECU Health or one of its entities is a Plaintiff in a cause of action. This includes initial intake, evaluating coverage and reserving, completing investigations and discovery and resolving the claim or lawsuit.

Minimum Requirements

Paralegal degree/certification or 4 year college degree is required - or higher.

ARM or CPHRM preferred.

4 years or more experience in risk management, insurance or law office.
