Description:
We’re hiring a Client Partner with deep Energy & Utilities experience to own strategic client relationships and drive AI-first, data-led transformation across the sector.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning AI, data, and digital initiatives with business priorities such as operational efficiency, grid optimization, customer experience, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow one or more strategic Utilities & Energy accounts with full revenue responsibility
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders
- Lead account strategy, expansion, and new business development
- Partner with data, engineering, presales, and delivery teams to shape AI/ML and analytics solutions
- Support proposals, SOWs, and executive-level presentations
- Ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence
What we’re looking for
- 8–12 years in client-facing roles (account management or consulting)
- Proven experience working with or selling to Utilities & Energy clients (required)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, and analytics solutions
- Domain knowledge across grid operations, AMI, DERMS, or utility operations is a plus
- Experience managing $8M+ accounts preferred
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
