Senior Compensation Analyst

Description:

Join a leading global manufacturer of sustainable plumbing solutions! Our client is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team in the Chicago Fulton Market area. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities: 💼 Develop and implement compensation plans (wage structures, incentive programs, pay equity reviews).

💼 Lead annual merit increase processes and salary negotiations
💼 Conduct job evaluations and manage job classifications
💼 Partner with leadership on reward/recognition programs
💼 Ensure compensation programs align with business goals

Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years in compensation (salary benchmarking, pay equity, incentive programs)
✔️ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
✔️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
✔️ Strong communicator and team player
✔️ Degree in a related field is required
