Hiring: Senior Consultant – Cutover Lead
Location: Chicago, IL
Travel: 2–3 days weekly or every other week

Role Overview:
We are seeking a US based Senior Consultant to act as the Cutover Lead for a critical ERP implementation project. The role involves managing the cutover phase to transition from legacy systems to a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cutover phase of an ERP implementation project.
Plan, schedule, and manage resources for smooth transitions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
Solve complex problems under high-pressure situations.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
Full lifecycle ERP implementation (preferably Infor; SAP, Oracle, or Workday acceptable).
Skills:
Strong project management, leadership, and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking expertise.
Technical:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
Familiarity with ERP system tools and cutover management processes.
