Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform standard consulting tasks to implement Oracle products and technology for client projects.

• Deliver high-quality work products that meet customer specifications and Oracle’s established methodologies.

• Apply sound judgment within defined policies and procedures to deliver both functional and technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support moderately complex customer engagements.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Oracle standards and best practices.

• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Proven experience in Oracle consulting, system implementation, or IT project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and client interaction skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with Oracle cloud or enterprise applications is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $25.48 – $60.63 per hour

• Annual Equivalent: $53,000 – $126,100

• Bonus and Equity: Eligible based on performance
