EY (Ernst & Young) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Transformation – Project Management team within the Transformation Design & Execution (TD&E) practice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients on high-impact transformation programs that bridge the gap between strategy and execution. The role focuses on driving organizational change, improving business processes, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and executing strategic transformation programs. This includes designing business and solution architecture frameworks, contributing to project roadmaps, implementing transformation management structures, and ensuring value realization across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup and operations of Transformation Offices (TMO, VMO, EPMO) to manage complex transformation programs.

• Collaborate with EY and client teams to design and implement business and solution architecture frameworks and value realization structures.

• Assist in program and product road mapping, performance tracking, and process maturity assessments.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance program outcomes.

• Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and cross-functional transformation projects.

• Travel as needed (approximately 60–80%) to support client engagements.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in client-facing consulting roles within a professional services or management consulting firm, or relevant industry experience.

• Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong grasp of project and program management methodologies.

  • Familiarity with TMO/EPMO operations, program road mapping, and business transformation frameworks.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in change management, product management, and digital transformation tools.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and technical-business acumen.

• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently (60–80%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Systems, or Engineering.

• Hands-on experience in ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile credentials.

• Industry experience in Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Energy, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or Private Equity sectors.

• Experience in proposal development and RFP responses.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $97,300–$178,300 annually (varies by education, experience, and location).
