Western Digital is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to strategize and create editorial, web, and social content with a strong portfolio of high-level content campaigns for agencies or global companies. You are a creator and a content generalist, and you feel right at home collaborating with a highly creative team of designers, writers, video producers, and social experts to create campaigns that will help drive the Western Digital brand forward among our key audiences.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be a key member of the social and editorial content team, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Content within the Global Corporate Marketing organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Regularly create a variety of content assets to build the Western Digital brand, including: landing page and technical product web content, customer stories, editorial articles for blog, social posts and videos, white papers, and others as needed.
• Propose, build, launch, and measure new content strategy programs, executing required activities and deliverables specifically for owned channels: Blog, Web, YouTube, and other corporate social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and—eventually—TikTok).
• Partner with the web team to identify opportunities and create content pertaining to website SEO.
• Partner and collaborate with a diverse team of designers, writers, video producers, and social experts to find new ways to reach key audiences.
• Present new content ideas to team and department leadership.
• Rigorously proofread and edit content from colleagues to ensure the highest standard of work for the company.
