Senior Demand Generation Manager

As Rippling’s Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll link brand programs and performance, building campaigns that guide prospects from first engagement to revenue. You’ll craft full-funnel plans—webinars, content, nurture streams, ABM, and more—to drive engagement, conversion, and free trial activations.

Our GTM is hybrid: part sales-led, part self-serve free trial. You’ll own the programs that warm prospects and attract / convert trial users into customers.

The role is deeply cross-functional. Expect daily collaboration with brand, content, growth, ops, analytics, product, and sales to build the engine.

What You Will Do
 

  • Develop and execute the strategy for demand gen campaigns that span promoted content, webinars, ebooks, paid ads, field events, ABM, content syndication, inbound and outbound sales activations, and more. You’ll do this across always-on programs and the demand gen plays laddering up to integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-funcationally to generate demand for our free trials products (via paid ads, emails, content) then nurture prospects to account activation and ultimately customer purchase.
  • You’ll partner directly with SDRs on the demand gen campaigns you're running to set them up for success and build a virtuous feedback look on what works and what doesn’t, iterating over time.
  • You’ll analyze your campaign performance and deeply understand how different programs impact funnel performance to accelerate growth. This includes shifting budgets to areas with higher returns and optimizing via testing and learning.
     

What You Will Need
 

  • 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
  • Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, ABM, etc. and how to use these to drive leads and pipeline.
  • End-to-end ownership. You execute flawlessly (directly & via others) and take your projects across the finish line. You own mistakes and learn from them.
  • You naturally communicate clearly, because you think clearly. You know how to modulate your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive.
  • Collaboration; you have a track record of delivering outsized results by partnering with others cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your roadmap.
  • Agility and speed. You’ll constantly try new ideas in this role. When things don’t work, you pivot; when they do, you move fast to scale them. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
