Apply Digital, a global experience transformation partner, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Director of Business Development to drive aggressive growth and forge strong relationships with high-profile clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and evolving a territory sales plan while fostering trusted relationships with executives across multiple industries including healthcare, B2B, consumer goods, retail, media/entertainment, and gaming. You will collaborate closely with alliance partners, lead pitch teams, attend networking events, and play a pivotal role in closing multi-million-dollar service contracts.

Develop, manage, and refine a comprehensive territory sales plan with clear targets and stakeholder mapping.
Conduct outreach to Tier 1 prospects and decision-makers to generate new opportunities.
Collaborate with alliance partners to create winning business strategies.
Lead internal pitch teams for proposal development and client presentations.
Work alongside Client Partners to close deals and negotiate favorable business terms.
Build brand awareness by attending industry networking events and supporting business development marketing strategies.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads to optimize lead generation efforts.
5+ years of proven experience in client acquisition for digital agencies, product studios, consulting, or e-commerce sectors.
Extensive network and expertise in the relevant industries.
Demonstrated ability to close $1M+ services contracts.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative approach, and strong interpersonal skills to work with technical directors, designers, CEOs, and sales teams.
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to engage clients in meaningful business transformation discussions.
