Revolution Medicines, a leading clinical-stage precision oncology company, is seeking a Senior Director of Global Forecasting to join its strategic analytics and insights team. The company focuses on developing cutting-edge targeted therapies to combat RAS-addicted cancers, utilizing a robust pipeline of RAS(ON) inhibitors and RAS Companion Inhibitors aimed at treating diverse oncogenic RAS mutations.

In this pivotal role, the Senior Director, Global Forecasting will report directly to the Executive Director of Global Analytics and Insights and will serve as a strategic thought partner to the company’s senior leadership team. The position requires deep expertise in global forecasting methodologies, strategic analysis, and portfolio planning to guide critical business decisions and optimize the company’s pipeline and commercial strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining forecasting frameworks and processes that accurately assess the market potential of Revolution Medicines’ therapeutic portfolio. This includes developing robust models for disease areas, products, and life-cycle planning while collaborating closely with regional forecasting leads to ensure global alignment. The role demands a strategic thinker capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable insights that support executive-level decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and overseeing global forecasting methodologies, tools, and models for pipeline and commercial products.

• Partnering with disease area, commercial, and R&D teams to integrate strategic assumptions into forecasts.

• Refining and communicating key strategic and revenue forecast drivers to leadership for portfolio and investment decisions.

• Ensuring consistency and transparency in forecasting assumptions across global and regional teams.

• Supporting long-range planning, new product launch readiness, and life-cycle management initiatives.

• Providing analytical leadership in scenario planning, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis to optimize business strategy.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering clear, data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.

This role requires exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, clinical development, and commercialization processes. Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or Master’s) in Business, Life Sciences, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: Significant experience in global forecasting, strategic planning, or commercial analytics within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, ideally focused on oncology.

• Technical Skills: Strong quantitative modeling expertise, proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools, and familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms.

• Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and synthesize complex data into clear insights.

• Leadership: Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

• Communication: Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate insights to senior executives.
