• Integrate key vendors into IT initiatives, carefully plan resource needs, and allocate team capacity to optimize project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending process and technology upgrades that generate tangible business results.
• Translate business challenges into clear functional requirements, making sure IT solutions address root causes and business goals.
• Build and manage IT budgets to meet company objectives while staying within financial targets.
