As the Senior Director of Business Development, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to enhance our competitive position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners through effective customer relationship management.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Perform on-going evaluation of new business opportunities across all service lines and provide reports to the Vice President of Operations as directed.
- Work in collaboration with facility Executive Directors and senior management on targeted initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or marketing or related field of study
- Five or more years of similar role for residential programs, healthcare or insurance plan marketing or sales experience.
- Strong verbal, written communication, public presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Strong organizational skills as well as creative, strategic, and ability to multi-task
- Strong commitment to the mission of the organization
