Key Responsibilities
 

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.
• Assess potential risks and research costs to ensure accurate and reliable estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to the project team throughout the construction process.
   

Qualifications
 

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc).
• Extensive experience in construction management and estimating.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess financial implications of project decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
   

Benefits

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
