A leading private equity firm with decades of expertise in technology and healthcare investments is actively hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to its leadership team. The firm is recognized for its hands-on approach to building business value through strategic investments and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a professional, agile, and detail-oriented executive assistant who thrives in high-performance environments. The selected candidate will serve as a critical partner to two senior executives and ensure seamless coordination of schedules, operations, and communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to two senior leaders, managing all administrative tasks

  • Coordinate and manage complex, evolving calendars and prioritize meetings with precision

  • Book and manage occasional travel logistics, prepare and submit expense reports

  • Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Support operations that extend across administration, human resources, and facilities

  • Represent the firm with a consistently high standard of integrity and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in traditional EA responsibilities including calendar, travel, and expense management

  • Adept at juggling competing priorities and schedules with grace

  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and working in high-stakes environments

  • Emotionally intelligent and resilient under pressure

  • Known for a "can-do" attitude, sound judgment, and a touch of humor

  • Experience in HR, facilities, or general operations is considered a plus

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary Range: $135000 – $145000/year, based on experience

  • Monthly Equivalent: $11250 – $12083

  • Schedule: Standard hours 8:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM, minimal overtime required

  • Hybrid Work Model: 4 days in-office, Friday remote (subject to business needs)
