Senior Facilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Take ownership of coordinating, modifying, maintaining, and administering the Company's existing facility and equipment.
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with facility operating procedures, processes, work rules, national, state, and local safety, and operating codes, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee program development, design management, and construction coordination.
  • Provide robust support for the Maintenance and Facilities functions, focusing on corrective and preventative maintenance and repair of facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  • Track and report project progress to leadership, proactively identifying emerging issues requiring management intervention. Plan and implement appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Mandatory participation in a training program in Southeast Asia and China.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • College’s Degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing facilities and equipment, including improvement and installation projects.
  • General expertise in industrial electrical, mechanical, and industrial facilities.
  • Professional Engineer License is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in standard software including Microsoft® Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc. Proficiency in CAD is beneficial.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin is a plus.
