Senior Finance Systems Analyst

The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will join Circle’s Finance Systems team, playing a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and architecture of scalable finance systems. This includes supporting finance transformation, automation, and streamlining core finance processes to accommodate the company’s growth and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in Oracle Financials implementation and guide design decisions.

• Partner with accounting and finance teams to enable new features within Oracle EPM and other finance systems.

• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment for solution design.

• Document and manage testing, approvals, and system changes.

• Support finance teams in providing responses and data for internal and SOX audits.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financial applications and finance systems.

• Experience implementing and supporting EPM systems, including Oracle EPM Suite (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting across all departments.

• Proven change management skills and ability to lead teams through organizational change.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving and multi-tasking.

• Self-motivated, attentive, and follow-through oriented.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
