We are seeking a Senior Operational Finance Analyst to support the Great Lakes Region. This role is based in our Chicago office and offers a dynamic opportunity to engage directly with business leaders, provide financial reporting and analysis, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The position serves as a key financial contact for market leadership and regional executives.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Financial Leadership
- Assist executive leadership in defining and implementing regional goals and best practices
- Support annual business planning and quarterly forecasting
- Monitor and report monthly financial results
- Perform ad hoc analyses, including market trends, scenario planning, and pricing strategies
Corporate Accounting Liaison
- Provide guidance on revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and project costing
- Review contracts for financial implications and compliance with accounting standards
- Participate in monthly project reviews and assist with close-period activities
- Collaborate with finance teams across offices to ensure consistent practices
Data Analysis & Training
- Utilize systems such as Oracle, Power BI, and EcoSys for reporting and analysis
- Coordinate reporting requirements across departments
- Lead training sessions on accounting standards, system updates, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Public accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
