Description:

We are seeking a Senior GCP Data Engineer to build and support its Enterprise Data Platform.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing scalable data pipelines, processing large datasets, improving performance and cloud costs, and ensuring strong data security and governance within Google Cloud Platform.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of data-engineering experience
• At least 2 years building cloud-based data platforms
• Strong Python, SQL, and Java skills
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc
• Experience building scalable batch or streaming data pipelines
• Relational, NoSQL, and columnar database experience
• PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Microservices and service-oriented architecture
• Data governance, encryption, and masking
• CI/CD and automated cloud deployments
• Troubleshooting and optimizing production data platforms
• Bachelor's Degree
