Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Global Benefits Manager to lead the development, execution, and harmonization of global benefits programs. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance long-term global benefits alignment while ensuring local compliance and competitiveness. You will oversee North American benefits programs, supporting nearly 1,500 employees in the US while collaborating with regional HR teams and external partners to optimize benefits worldwide.
✅ Develop & execute a strategic vision for global employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness across diverse markets.
✅ Design & optimize benefit programs including health & wellness initiatives, retirement plans, life & disability insurance, and other ancillary benefits.
✅ Lead North American benefits programs including 401(k), Medical, Rx, HSA, Dental, Life, Disability, FSA, Education Assistance, EAP, and Voluntary Benefits.
✅ Ensure compliance with US labor laws including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, OSHA, and PPACA.
✅ Conduct market assessments & benchmarking to ensure benefits remain competitive.
✅ Manage vendor relationships & negotiations for benefit providers and third-party administrators.
✅ Oversee global renewals, open enrollment, and communication processes to maximize employee engagement.
✅ Ensure cost-effective management of global benefits budgets while maintaining high-quality programs.
✅ Collaborate with regional HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and program effectiveness.
✅ Implement employee education & engagement strategies to improve benefits awareness and utilization.
✅ Support HRIS & colleague services teams in enhancing the overall employee benefits experience.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (CEBS, GPHR preferred).
✔ 8-10 years of experience in global benefits management, with a strong focus on US benefits.
✔ Expertise in global benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, life & disability insurance, wellness initiatives, and voluntary benefits.
✔ Experience managing leave of absence administration with third-party vendors.
✔ Strong ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
✔ Data management expertise in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with data protection laws.
✔ Flexibility to provide support across various time zones.
