Description:
Position Summary: JAXXON is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall art direction of the business and work across multiple channels. Developing, contributing, and collaborating—you will be the lead in compelling design for emails, advertisements, print collateral, and other creative needs. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, develop, plan and execute on short time frames while maintaining the quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, email marketing, social media ads, product and model photo retouching, print collateral, packaging, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design all creative that has the main goal in mind of converting shoppers to buyers.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to final production.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all projects.
Qualities to Succeed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and/or an ad agency.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in a range of design projects including email design, direct mail collateral, and still life advertisements. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and FIGMA
- Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Experience with digital and print design adverts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative manner and a highly creative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Experience with project management tools and software. Knowledge of Asana is a plus.
- A deep understanding of the creative process is crucial. Experience as an AC in Photo shoots is preferred.
