We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager – South East Asia to act as a key driver of LemFi’s expansion across Asian communities in the United States. The role will involve significant travel across the USA, representing Lemfi at Asian community events. You will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth.
Joining LemFi at a critical phase of international expansion, you will operate as an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes calculated risks, and executes with speed and precision. You will own growth outcomes for your assigned markets, acting as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who is deeply embedded in the communities we serve.
You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams while serving as the internal voice of the user, ensuring LemFi’s offerings resonate locally and deliver measurable impact as we scale.
How You’ll Contribute Travelling across the USA
- Travel across the U.S. to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LEMFi as a brand ambassador and key point of contact.
- Build and expand LEMFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events.
- PLEASE NOTE - you will need to commit to frequent travel—spending 3–5 days in a new U.S. city every 2–3 weeks—to establish on-the-ground presence, grow relationships, and strengthen LEMFi’s visibility within local communities. A once in a lifetime opportunity to see the whole country!
