Description:
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue through digital advertising, with a heavy focus on Meta and Google. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DTC media strategy and buying, with a deep understanding of the skincare and beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Refinement
- Lead strategy for paid social media advertising, SEM and programmatic with a heavy focus on Meta and Google.
- Partner with Director of Social Media to develop and execute creative testing strategy.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to test and scale on new-to-brand digital media channels (CTV, AppLovin, etc.)
Media Buying
- Execute all hands-on-keys media buying across all digital ad channels, with heavy focus on Meta and Google.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns, using data-driven insights to maximize performance and achieve OKRs.
- Partner with internal teams to traffic, manage and flight creative and campaigns.
- Manage and scale multi-million dollar annual media investment.
Customer Insights & Data Analysis:
- Use analytics to understand customer behavior, refine segmentation, and inform strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance and retention metrics.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in media strategy and buying for DTC brands, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience increasing ROAS and scaling high-growth brands.
- Expertise working with Meta, Google, and TikTok required.
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Shopify, and By the Numbers strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
