Description:
The Senior HR Advisor - Shared Services provides tactical and strategic HR support to BNANO by offering expertise in HR Service areas. This role provides guidance and operational support in employee relations, performance management, compliance, cultural development, compensation, HR system support, and organizational development. This role partners with HRBPs, internal teams, and leadership to diagnose challenges, recommend solutions, and implement initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with deep HR knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record in managing complex HR functions and growth.
Responsibilities
- HR Process Improvement:
- Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support HR technology optimization efforts.
- Assist in creating and providing training to HR teams and managers on new processes and best practices.
- Cultural Strategy & Improvement
- Collaborate with HRBPs, leadership, and corporate teams to evaluate and recommend enhancements to culture and benefits programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitive and compliant benefits recommendations.
- Assist in balancing benefits recommendations and employee feedback with costs to support cultural and benefit changes.
- HR Strategy & Advisory:
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing HR practices and recommend actionable solutions.
- Identify and implement uniformity in HR initiatives where feasible across business units.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Run and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Provide insights to HRBPs and leadership on areas such as engagement and workforce demographics.
- Prepare presentations on HR initiatives and their impact.
- Compliance & Policy Development:
- Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance and mitigate risk.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee concerns, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
- Prepare Employee engagement surveys.
- Support the workforce by implementing employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Support a culture of accountability.
- HR Operations:
- Understand and engage in HR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Organizational Development:
- Support change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, and cultural transformation efforts by partnering with HRBPs and leadership.
- Assist HRBP's in designing and deliving training programs to develop leadership capabilities and employee skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in multiple disciplines such as employee relations, benefits, compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform HR strategies.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly preferred.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
