Description:
We are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support Analyst to join our Security team and play a critical role in supporting the daily operations, audit, and security initiatives within our IAM domain. This person will work closely with a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) responsible for leading our Identity Governance (IGA) enablement efforts using Identity Governance and other SaaS platforms.
The ideal candidate is a technically experienced, well-organized, and clear communicator, capable of collaborating with security teams, application owners, TPMs, and business technology stakeholders.
Role Overview
This role will support key security, audit, and compliance objectives tied to our business applications portfolio. You will coordinate application onboarding for IGA, support access certifications, and manage the onboarding of application logs for improved detection and incident response. Additionally, you’ll help facilitate security deliverables, ensure timely audits, and provide operational documentation to keep projects on track.
Soft skills are essential in this role — you'll need excellent verbal and written communication abilities, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business partners.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience supporting and coordinating IAM, IGA, and Detection and Response initiatives for business applications.
Security and Audit experience required, including working with compliance deliverables and reporting.
SaaS applications background (Workday, Zoom, GSuite, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
Experience coordinating security deliverables, audits, and compliance reporting.
Familiarity with log source management and onboarding processes within SIEM environments (preferred).
Strong organizational, tracking, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate the fulfillment of security, audit, and compliance deliverables.
Support IGA enablement projects and application onboarding efforts.
Work closely with vendors and application owners on provisioning and application integration.
Assist with the onboarding of critical application logs to improve Detection and Response capabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation, status reports, and audit materials.
Support access certification campaigns and periodic reviews.
Partner with Procurement to track new feature enablements and licensing.
Collaborate with Detection and Response teams to ensure log source completeness and reliability.
Help drive project milestones and updates forward, supporting the Principal TPM in daily program activities.
