Senior Integrations Engineer Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer Lead to join a high-impact team in Atlanta, GA, focused on delivering scalable and data-driven integration frameworks for a premier PSA application. As the technical lead, you will architect and implement a next-generation integration and ETL framework, mentor a growing team, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a resilient, scalable integrations framework prioritizing ETL and efficient data pipelines

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers; champion ownership, communication, and accountability

• Create data integrations with external systems using API and ETL methods

• Define best practices for integration architecture, development, and documentation

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

• Manage full project delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment

• Innovate and improve integration strategy, tools, and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on integration and ETL processes

• Strong programming skills in .NET, C#, Python, or TypeScript

• Deep understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and integration design

• Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Prismatic)

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or NetSuite

• Solid grasp of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML integration technologies

• Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub CoPilot

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Knowledge of microservices and containerization (e.g., Docker)

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Background in telecommunications or SaaS industries
