Masis Professional Group, on behalf of its prestigious client – a family office located in Boston that manages investments for ultra-high-net-worth families with portfolios containing hundreds of millions in investible assets – is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst, CFA.

This newly created position reports directly to the Partner, Public Investments, and offers an exceptional career opportunity for a CFA charterholder with 5–10 years of professional experience in public equity securities. The Senior Investment Analyst will be deeply involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with deal sourcing, portfolio construction, and asset allocation strategies.

• Monitoring portfolios, trade activity, and performance metrics.

• Preparing performance and investor reports while supporting compliance with investment objectives.

• Participating actively in client portfolio reviews and engaging in direct client interactions.

• Conducting in-depth analysis within the Public Equity space and providing strategic investment insights.

• Supporting firm-wide ad hoc projects and research activities to strengthen investment decisions.
