Senior It Advisory Consultant

Description:

• Review draft deliverables prepared by engagement teams and present final results to management
• Assist Partners/Principals and Senior Managers in the creation of proposals, business development, and practice administration
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client’s environment
• Understand business operations, processes, and functions unique to the client
• Apply consulting and problem-solving skills to execute complex project tasks
• Effectively communicate research, progress and results to client management
• Work in a team environment with clients and Kearney team members
• Balance multiple projects and/or tasks concurrently
• Review and evaluate internal controls and supporting documentation
• Ensure project deliverable compliance and quality
• Be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Maintain relationships with key client personnel
• Supervise and review work performed by other associates
• Supports firm-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
• Minimum 4 years of accounting, auditing, advisory, data analytic, information technology, and/or equivalent experience
• Experience with Financial System Federal IT Regulatory Environment (e.g. FISCAM, NIST 800-53, FISMA, FFMIA)
• Consulting or Advisory Experience
• Management/Leadership experience
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal; effective presenter, meeting planning and Facilitation
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government Agency Suitability or Security clearance (US citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Federal Government and/or DoD clients
• Experience managing internal budgets and tracking engagement specific metrics
• Passed or holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA), and/or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification
• Experience supporting proposal efforts
• Scrum Experience
• Working knowledge of NIST SPs and FISCAM, and A-123
