Senior It Programmer Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about delivering creative technical innovations that enable acceleration of business value across the enterprise. In this capacity, you will be working as part of an agile team with architects, engineers, developers, and product managers to implement new capabilities and to iterate on existing solutions.

The candidate will create designs, build applications, conduct testing, and troubleshoot while creating and enhancing applications and following the release life cycle. The development methodology may depend upon the complexity and/or the urgency of the application or task.

What You Need

• Professional experience as a full-stack developer in an AWS cloud environment
• Experience with one or more of the following: Angular, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Elastic Enterprise Search, Azure OpenAI
• Experience in SDLC including Agile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with architectural design and development

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications, components, or modules to meet functional requirements
• Harden and enhance technical capabilities for improved performance, scalability, resilience, and supportability
• Implement security requirements to ensure a secure application environment
• Develop documentation that articulates application structure and organization
• Perform demos to communicate features and enable iteration and collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and other development teams to enable adoption of services
• Deploy and configure AWS infrastructure and services to build serverless applications
• Develop CICD pipelines, leveraging CDK, GitHub Actions, and other devops tools
• Ensure simplicity of design, maintainability, reusability, and consistency with corporate standards
