Senior Java Developer

Description:

Looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS log analysis, CI/CD pipelines, production support, architecture reviews, and leading offshore teams.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of enterprise application development experience
• 8+ years of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and MySQL
• Strong knowledge of Java features, OOP, design patterns, SQL, and performance tuning
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies
• Strong architecture/design review experience
• Experience mentoring offshore teams and driving delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• AI-assisted development experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of scalable Java-based applications
• Build and support Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Perform production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
