Senior Loan Processor

Description:

You'll report directly to Kelli Haynie, our Senior Lending Director, who owns our lender relationships and runs origination end to end. She'll hand you files and you'll clear them. Tight loop, no layers, no committee.

You'll also work alongside Rebecca Vance, our AI Lending Assistant. Rebecca handles intake, document tracking, condition checklists, and status updates. Part of this role is training her: correcting what she gets wrong, flagging what she misses, and helping shape how she handles files. The better you train her, the less administrative work lands on your desk. Processors who lean into this end up carrying more volume than they ever could at a traditional shop.

What you'll do

• Own files from intake through funding: document collection, condition clearing, and lender communication
• Talk to borrowers directly — collect documents, explain conditions, and keep them moving toward close
• Prepare and package complete submissions for our private lender network
• Work inside our lending platform; every status, condition, doc, and lender touch lives in the system
• Train and refine Rebecca as you go, so the system gets sharper with every file
• Chase down what's missing before the lender asks for it

What we're looking for

• 2+ years processing private money, hard money, DSCR, non-QM, bridge, or ground-up construction files
• You've packaged commercial and investment property files, not just owner-occupied residential
• Strong phone presence. You'll be on the phone with borrowers daily, and how you handle those calls determines whether files close
• Comfortable reading rent rolls, T-12s, HUDs, entity docs, and title work
• Fluent with software. If a new platform intimidates you, this isn't the seat
• Can carry real volume without dropping conditions
• Available during business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, starting immediately
