Description:

The Senior Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alamo, TN. This position involves overseeing maintenance operations, including planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. The role also entails ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards, optimizing equipment performance, and proposing improvements for operational efficiency. The Senior Maintenance Manager will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading and managing maintenance teams effectively
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair activities
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management principles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems
