Description:

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Direction - Video Content to lead impactful, brand-building video storytelling across diverse platforms including brand campaigns, product marketing, digital, social, retail, and internal initiatives. This is a hybrid leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. As part of T-Studios, you will collaborate with producers, editors, studio managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure delivery of compelling, on-brand video content that drives business and brand objectives.

The role requires setting and executing a strong creative vision, managing and mentoring high-performing creative teams, and ensuring excellence in storytelling, brand consistency, and production quality. You will lead creative presentations to senior stakeholders, oversee daily execution, and directly contribute to scripts, storyboards, reviews, and edits when necessary. Staying ahead of cultural trends, creative tools, AI, and emerging video platforms will be key in driving innovative approaches to video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead video creative direction across integrated campaigns, social media, digital content, executive communications, and retail screens.

  • Define and maintain a strong creative vision aligned with brand and business goals.

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire creative teams to deliver innovative work at speed and scale.

  • Collaborate with senior creative leaders, producers, and editors to ensure alignment and high-quality outputs.

  • Present creative strategies to executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Balance long-term brand-building with short-term project execution.

  • Stay updated on cultural trends, AI, and the evolution of creative workflows.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in creative leadership roles within agencies, in-house teams, or hybrid settings.

  • Strong expertise in video storytelling across multiple platforms and campaign types.

  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.

  • A portfolio showcasing creative direction and impactful video content.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead strategically while contributing at a hands-on level.

  • Fast-moving, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.
