Description:
EY is seeking a proactive Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll consulting to deliver transformative technology solutions that optimize client operations. This role involves leading complex projects, managing both technical and non-technical teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational strategies. The Senior Manager will provide strategic guidance, manage client relationships, and develop solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Oversee program/project management ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
Develop resource plans and manage engagement economics effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Lead technical teams to deliver business solutions effectively.
Apply Agile and hybrid methodologies for project delivery.
Ensure quality assurance and testing practices are followed.
Manage multiple global SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting.
Proven track record of 3-4 full end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations.
SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
Strong knowledge of project/program finance, resource management, and quality management.
Ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading diverse teams and managing change effectively.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence skills.
