Description:

Oshi Health is a digital healthcare company revolutionizing digestive health through a virtual-first, holistic care model. The Senior Manager, Growth & BizOps will lead initiatives to optimize business growth, conversion, and operational efficiency across appointment scheduling, onboarding, and clinical capacity. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead optimization from appointment booking to completion, improving conversion and clinical capacity efficiency.

• Balance operational and financial objectives to scale growth sustainably.

• Manage a cross-functional working group to drive decisions around growth and optimization.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

• Prioritize initiatives and experiments to deliver measurable business impact.

• Collaborate with Senior Director, Growth & BizOps on strategic growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in highly strategic, analytical, or cross-functional roles.

• MBA or prior consulting experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with tools like Excel and SQL.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

• Passion for healthcare and improving the patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $140000–$160000/year
