Description:
Johnson & Johnson Med Tech – Neurovascular division is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Education (US) for a fully remote role within the United States. This strategic leadership position will report directly to the Director of Education and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and effective use of Johnson & Johnson’s Neurovascular products. The role requires up to 50–60% overnight travel.
The Senior Manager will design, execute, and continuously improve a comprehensive educational curriculum tailored to healthcare providers, including physicians, residents, fellows, and allied health professionals (NPs, PAs, RNs, RTs). Working closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Sales, the incumbent will ensure alignment with U.S. business plans and global strategies.
Additionally, the Senior Manager will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to design innovative training programs leveraging advanced modalities such as AI, AR/VR, and telementoring. They will oversee professional education budgets, manage compliance with regulatory and FDA training requirements, and drive launch excellence for new product introductions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute professional education programs for safe, effective product use.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business plans and product launches.
Manage discretionary education budgets and oversee financial forecasting for training resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL faculty, managing contracts, payments, and training execution.
Stay current on scientific literature, product IFUs, competitive landscape, and treatment trends.
Introduce innovative training tools (AI, AR/VR, web platforms, telementoring).
Ensure compliance with FDA training commitments for Neurovascular devices.
Oversee development of Johnson & Johnson Institute curriculum for fellows, residents, and allied health professionals.
Lead a team of education managers/specialists with accountability for training outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
At least 10 years of relevant business experience (education, marketing, sales, or clinical).
Minimum 3 years of professional/commercial education or organizational learning experience.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications:
Neurovascular experience strongly preferred.
Experience with product launches and health care compliance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $137,000 – $235,750 annually (approx. $11416 – $19645 monthly).
Annual performance bonus (based on individual and corporate performance).
