Senior Manager

Description:

This role leads a team of 17+ members responsible for IT implementations, including device management (MDM), application provisioning, identity management, and systems integrations. The Senior Manager ensures successful end-to-end client onboarding, drives process improvements, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own IT implementation strategy and execution from kickoff to go-live

• Mitigate risks and act as escalation point for complex client implementations

• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery processes and client outcomes

• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams

• Develop playbooks, tooling, and frameworks to drive scalability

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics

• Foster a client-focused culture in Implementation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expert knowledge of IT systems (MDM, SSO, provisioning, SaaS apps)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience scaling teams while maintaining SLAs and KPIs

• Data-driven decision-making approach

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable handling ambiguity and unstructured situations
