Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for SAP implementation and optimization projects.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, provide strategic guidance, and translate these into SAP-driven solutions.

• Oversee requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, functional designs, and system integrations.

• Manage full project delivery including budgeting, performance tracking, quality assurance, and risk management.

• Foster strong client relationships and proactively contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

• Provide thought leadership, mentor junior consultants, and share best practices.

• Engage in planning, execution, and closure phases of client engagements, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards.

• Champion innovation, diversity, and inclusion across engagements.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of complex business models and operations.

• Proven ability to manage SAP workstreams, lead project teams, and deliver client-centric solutions.

• Expertise in functional consulting across one or more SAP modules such as Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer Solutions, Tech/Architecture, or SuccessFactors.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong business acumen, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred).

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specializing in SAP consulting.

• Prior experience managing SAP projects or workstreams.

• SAP Certifications and experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation preferred.

• Ability to research and adapt to emerging technologies and client inquiries.

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).
