⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead QE strategy and execution for large-scale, customer-facing retail applications.
✅ Manage and mentor a team of test engineers (onsite/offshore) to deliver automation excellence.
✅ Define QE frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
✅ Drive automation across UI, API, and Mobile Testing layers.
✅ Collaborate closely with DevOps and CI/CD teams to integrate testing into pipelines.
✅ Oversee API automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.
✅ Partner with cross-functional teams to improve overall test coverage, performance, and release velocity.
✅ Ensure delivery of high-quality applications in alignment with business and client objectives.

🎯 Top Skills & Experience Required:

🔹 Leadership:

For Senior Manager QE, proven team leadership experience in a global delivery model is a must.
🔹 Automation Expertise:
Strong hands-on skills with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
🔹 Mobile & API Testing:
Experience in Mobile App Testing, API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).
🔹 DevOps & CI/CD Integration:
Exposure to Jenkins, GitLab CI, or other CI/CD tools.
🔹 Retail Domain Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Retail business processes — WCS (WebSphere Commerce Suite) and OMS (Order Management Systems) experience strongly preferred.
🔹 Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing experience.
